1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Granat88 platform, operated at https://granat88.cam ("the Platform", "Granat88", "we", "us", "our"). The Platform provides online casino gaming, sports betting, live dealer games, and related entertainment services primarily to users located in Malaysia.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2 Definitions

• "Account" — the registered user account created by a player on the Platform.

• "Player" / "User" / "You" — any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory in which use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount that must be wagered before Bonus Credits or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "MYR" — Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency of account transactions on the Platform for Malaysian players.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on Granat88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age. Registration by or on behalf of minors is strictly prohibited.
2. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
4. You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform under our Responsible Gambling Policy or for breach of these Terms.
5. You must be acting on your own behalf as the sole beneficial owner of your Account. You may not act as an agent or nominee for any third party.
6. You must have truthfully provided all information required during the registration and KYC process.

4 Account Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address (Malaysian players should provide their address in Malaysia — whether in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, or elsewhere), email address, and contact number.

4.2 KYC Documents

Before processing any withdrawal, Granat88 requires account holders to complete identity verification ("KYC"). Required documentation typically includes:

• A valid government-issued Malaysian identity document: MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence
• Proof of current residential address: a utility bill, bank statement, or Telco statement dated within the last three (3) months
• A live selfie photograph holding your identity document

KYC review is normally completed within 24–48 hours of receiving complete documentation. Granat88 may request additional documents if the submitted materials are insufficient to confirm your identity or address.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any account access details with any third party. Granat88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Granat88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and USDT TRC20. All fiat transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit is RM30 for most payment methods. Cryptocurrency minimum deposit is approximately MYR 100 equivalent. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account tier. Players are encouraged to check their Account Dashboard for current limits.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals will only be processed to verified accounts. Estimated processing times are as follows:

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): under 5 minutes
• DuitNow: typically instant to a few minutes
• FPX bank transfer: 5–15 minutes
• Direct bank wire: 15–60 minutes
• USDT TRC20: 15–30 minutes (subject to network confirmations)

Speed estimates apply during normal operating hours and may vary during peak periods or scheduled bank maintenance windows. Granat88 does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Granat88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence prior to approving any withdrawal. This may include requesting additional KYC documents, source-of-funds declarations, or evidence of wagering activity. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by Granat88 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. Where no specific terms are stated, the following general provisions apply.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the relevant promotional terms. Only real-money wagers placed on eligible games count towards wagering requirements. Certain game categories (e.g., live sports betting or specific table games) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all — refer to individual promotion pages.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Granat88 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. The following behaviours are classified as abuse and may result in the forfeiture of bonuses and associated winnings, and the suspension or closure of an Account:

• Opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once
• Using bonus funds to place low-risk, high-turnover bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent
• Engaging in coordinated bonus harvesting with other users
• Using Bonus Credits on games or bet types specifically excluded by the promotion

6.4 Expiry

Bonus Credits that are not utilised within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from your Account without compensation. Granat88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 General

All bets and wagers placed on Granat88 are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all wager details — including selection, stake amount, and market — before confirming. Granat88 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in circumstances of manifest system error as determined solely by Granat88.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA competitions, UFC events, and all other available markets — are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and competition type. In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability and current odds. Odds are subject to change without notice.

7.3 Casino and Live Dealer Games

All casino games and live dealer titles available on the Platform are certified by their respective studio providers and use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology where applicable. Granat88 does not manipulate game outcomes. Published RTP figures represent long-term theoretical return percentages and do not guarantee results for individual sessions.

7.4 Void Bets and System Errors

Granat88 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a manifest error, system malfunction, or pricing error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's Account. Granat88 shall not be liable for any consequential losses arising from system errors or technical faults beyond its reasonable control.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of these provisions constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or circumventing geographic restrictions using VPNs, proxies, or similar tools
• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any activity that violates anti-money laundering (AML) laws
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches for financial gain rather than reporting them to Granat88
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes against Granat88

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the Granat88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software code, and game assets — is the property of Granat88 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written permission from Granat88.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Granat88 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

Granat88's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Granat88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Access to certain features may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance windows, and Granat88 shall not be liable for any resulting inconvenience or financial loss.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.

We collect personal information including your name, identity document details, contact information, and transaction history for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement. Your data is not sold to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

12 Responsible Gambling

Granat88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide the following tools to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on deposits via your Account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations with automatic logout prompts.

13 Suspension & Termination

13.1 By Granat88

Granat88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A user has breached any provision of this Agreement
• A user has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity
• A user poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players
• Continued operation of the Account would expose Granat88 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk

13.2 By the User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to you via your last verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and provided no outstanding investigations are in progress. Bonus Credits will be forfeited upon Account closure.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Granat88 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where practical, we will notify registered users via the email address associated with their Account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you object to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any disputes arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which Granat88 is licensed to operate.

In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to first contact Granat88's customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. Granat88 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, it may be referred to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body as designated by the relevant licensing authority. Details of the applicable ADR process will be provided upon request.
